Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer, based in Dallas, TX. While the role requires an on-site presence, it also permits occasional remote work. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for developing and leading the organization’s sales strategy, managing sales operations, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing sales management, leading and training the sales team, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities to maximize market reach.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Operations to develop and implement high-impact strategies
- Strong experience in Sales Management and Team Management to lead and inspire a results-driven sales team
- Expertise in training and mentoring sales professionals to achieve organizational goals
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
- Experience in the health and fitness or technology industry is highly desirable
