About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Business Operations to lead ReadyToWork, our training and workforce development division. The Head of Business Operations is responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring operational excellence across ReadyToWork. This leader will work closely with Executive Leadership to expand the brand, grow partnerships, and deliver high-quality workforce development solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ReadyToWork’s strategic and operational plans
- Drive business growth, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships
- Oversee daily operations, performance metrics, and process improvement
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, and risk management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 10+ years of leadership experience in operations, business growth, or strategy
- Experience in workforce development, training, or related sectors preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and leadership skills
