About RH7 Sports
RH7 Sports is a purpose-driven sports and culture agency redefining how women athletes are positioned, protected, and propelled. We sit at the intersection of brand building, partnerships, storytelling, and impact — championing women in sport while building long-term enterprise value around talent, IP, and community.
We are not simply managing athletes.
We are architecting legacy, ownership, and cultural influence.
As we enter our next stage of growth, RH7 Sports is seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer to help build the financial infrastructure of a company positioned to shape the future of women’s sports and creative partnerships.

The Opportunity
This is a foundational executive leadership role for a builder — someone who understands that true enterprise value is created at the early stages through discipline, structure, and strategic foresight.
The CFO will join as a key architect of RH7’s financial strategy, helping transform vision into scalable, investable systems. This role is designed for a leader who believes in ownership, long-term value creation, and building something meaningful from the ground up.
This is not a traditional corporate CFO seat.
This is a leadership position within a movement.
⸻
Role Overview
The Chief Financial Officer will serve as the strategic financial partner to the CEO and executive team, responsible for building and overseeing all financial operations, capital strategy, and enterprise growth planning.
You will:
• Design the financial foundation of RH7 Sports
• Develop scalable financial systems and forecasting models
• Lead capital strategy and investor readiness
• Build financial discipline across brand partnerships, talent deals, and new ventures
• Help shape long-term enterprise value and ownership structure
⸻
Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Strategy & Planning
• Develop and lead RH7’s long-term financial strategy
• Create 3–5 year financial models and growth projections
• Establish revenue forecasting tied to brand partnerships, NIL deals, speaking engagements, and experiential activations
• Align financial planning with expansion into new verticals (media, IP, wellness, events, international markets)
2. Capital & Investment Strategy
• Develop investor strategy, capital raise frameworks, and valuation positioning
• Prepare financial materials for prospective investors and strategic partners
• Identify opportunities for strategic capital infusion, joint ventures, or aligned partnerships
• Advise on equity structuring and long-term shareholder value
3. Financial Infrastructure & Operations
• Build and implement accounting systems and financial reporting processes
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and expense optimization
• Ensure financial compliance, risk management, and governance
• Establish financial KPIs tied to agency growth and talent monetization
4. Deal Structuring & Revenue Optimization
• Support structuring of brand partnerships and athlete deals from a financial lens
• Create profitability analysis frameworks per client, campaign, and activation
• Implement royalty tracking and IP monetization systems
• Identify margin expansion opportunities across services
5. Executive Leadership
• Serve as a core executive leader shaping overall company strategy
• Advise CEO on strategic growth decisions, expansion, and hiring
• Participate in board-level financial reporting (as applicable)
• Help build a culture of financial literacy across the organization
⸻
What Makes This Role Unique
• You are not stepping into a mature corporate structure — you are helping design it.
• You will have meaningful ownership alignment tied to long-term enterprise growth.
• You will shape the financial architecture of a company positioned within one of the fastest-growing sectors in global sports: women’s sports.
• You will build alongside a leadership team that is culturally driven, creatively ambitious, and equity-minded.
This role is ideal for a CFO who:
• Wants ownership, not just a paycheck
• Believes in the economic future of women’s sports
• Is energized by building rather than inheriting systems
• Sees value in early-stage equity growth potential
⸻
Qualifications & Experience
Required Experience
• 8–15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Prior experience as CFO, VP Finance, Finance Director, or senior-level financial strategist

• Experience in capital raising, investor relations, or M&A strategy
Financial & Technical Expertise
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills
• Deep understanding of revenue structuring and valuation
• Experience structuring complex deals and partnership agreements
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax structures, and compliance
• Experience building financial dashboards and KPIs
Leadership & Strategic Skills

• High integrity and governance orientation
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent advanced credential strongly preferred
⸻
Ideal Candidate Profile
You are:
• A builder, not a maintainer
• Comfortable trading short-term security for long-term value creation
• Passionate about cultural impact and women’s sports
• Financially rigorous but creatively open
• Interested in equity-driven leadership and enterprise growth
You understand that transformational companies are not built from comfort — they are built from conviction.
⸻
Compensation Structure
This leadership opportunity is structured around ownership alignment and long-term enterprise participation. Compensation is designed to reflect meaningful executive equity participation, tied directly to company growth and value creation.
The CFO will have the opportunity to participate in the upside of the company’s expansion, capital growth, and valuation trajectory.
