About The Role
We are building a next-generation
MarTech & GTM division focused on CRM transformation, marketing automation, data intelligence, and AI-driven growth systems. We are looking for a high-curiosity, high-ownership intern who wants to work at the intersection of:
- Marketing Strategy
- CRM Systems (Basic Overview)
- Automation & Workflows
- AI & Agentic Systems
- GTM (Go-To-Market) Architecture
This is not a passive internship — this role involves working directly on live client implementations and strategic GTM projects.
Who Should Apply
- MBA / BBA / Engineering / Marketing / Tech background
- Basic understanding of Digital Marketing or CRM
- Strong logical thinking and structured problem-solving
- Interest in AI tools, automation, and emerging tech
- Comfortable working with data (Excel / Sheets mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in CRM setup and workflow documentation (Salesforce / Zoho / HubSpot)
Map sales pipelines and automation flows
Help create RGS (Requirement Gathering Sheets)
Test workflows in sandbox environments
Document system architecture
Assist in building GTM playbooks for clients
Conduct competitor and industry research
Help create proposal decks and solution notes
Support in building costing sheets & scope documents
Assist during client demo preparation
- AI & Agentic Tech Exploration
Research AI tools relevant to CRM and marketing automation
Assist in designing AI-based workflows (lead qualification bots, data enrichment, reporting agents)
Experiment with prompt engineering for internal workflows
Help build internal AI SOPs
Work with Excel / Sheets for data structuring
Assist in dashboard requirement mapping
Help structure dealer/sales performance analytics
Support in KPI definition for clients
Help build documentation library
Create process flow diagrams
Support internal knowledge management
Assist in building demo environments
