Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Revenue Officer based in Bengaluru with flexibility for partial remote work. The Chief Revenue Officer will be responsible for developing and executing revenue generation strategies across sales, account management, and strategic planning functions. The role includes managing sales operations, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the alignment of sales initiatives with company objectives. The CRO will collaborate closely with leadership teams to achieve financial targets and sustainable growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Lead Generation and driving revenue through strategic client acquisition.
- Strong skills in Account Management and the ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
- Proven experience in Sales and strategic planning within technology-driven industries.
- Proficient in Sales Operations and aligning sales activities with organizational goals.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work in hybrid setups, balancing in-office collaboration and remote tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent leadership experience is advantageous.
- Extensive experience in technology services, working with data solutions, digital innovation, or consulting is preferred.
