YOU'RE A FIT IF
- 1+ years in inside sales / travel / EdTech / real estate — anything closing-heavy.
- Fluent English + Hindi. A third Indian language is a real edge.
- Comfortable on the phone with someone older than your parents — and respected on the call.
- Number-driven. You check your pipeline at 9pm to know where you'll close from tomorrow.
Who Should Apply

Compensation & Role Details
- Fixed salary: ₹30,000/month (probation) → ₹35,000/month (on confirmation)
- Total earning potential: Up to ₹10 LPA (fixed + performance incentives)
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Location: Bengaluru (remote during probation, office-based after confirmation)
- Reporting to: Founder / Head of Sales

Three engines: fixed pay + per-seat incentive + milestone share when trips fill.
