Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated Salesforce CPQ professional with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce and CPQ. The ideal candidate will support CPQ implementations, configuration, pricing setups, and ongoing enhancements while collaborating with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing and configuring Salesforce CPQ
- Configure products, bundles, pricing rules, and discount schedules
- Maintain price books, product rules, and quote templates
- Support quote-to-cash processes and approval workflows
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams
- Participate in requirement gathering and solution design
- Perform testing, UAT support, and deployment activities
- Document configurations and processes
Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–2 years of Salesforce experience
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
- Understanding of:
- Product & Price Book setup
- Pricing Rules & Product Rules
- Quote Templates
- Discounting & Approvals
- Familiarity with Salesforce:
- Flows / Process Automation
- Validation Rules
- Reports & Dashboards
- Basic knowledge of Apex / SOQL (preferred)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Salesforce CPQ Specialist Certification (Must Have)
Experience Level- 1–2 years working with Salesforce
- Exposure to CPQ projects or support activities
