This is a newly created role for one of the fastest growing consumer companies in North America.
You'll own the operational infrastructure behind retail, wholesale, and distributor channels with a focus on the U.S. retail sales.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Retailer Onboarding
• Own the new account onboarding checklist end-to-end
• Manage retailer portal access, vendor setup, and compliance documentation
• Coordinate internally across Sales, Finance, Ops, and Warehouse
SKU & Product Setup
• Own SKU setup across all retail systems
• Manage 1WorldSync, SPINS Product Hub, and EDI/SPS processes
• Ensure product data is complete and accurate across all accounts
• Track SKU approval status and resolve rejected submissions
Order Management
• Own PO intake, validation, and tracking
• Maintain open order tracker and escalate blocked or delayed orders
• Coordinate with supply chain on inventory and fulfillment
Deductions & Compliance
• Own the deductions/chargeback tracker
• Coordinate routing guide reviews and ASN/labeling compliance
• Drive root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues
Launch Project Management
• Build launch plans for major new retailers
• Run weekly launch readiness meetings
• Lead post-launch retrospectives and feed learnings back into SOPs
Reporting & Process
• Maintain account operations dashboards and publish weekly status updates
• Build SOPs for repeatable workflows
• Identify what to automate or hand off — build scalable processes before the next major account lands

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
──────────────────────────────────────
• 5+ years in CPG retail or wholesale operations
• Hands-on experience setting up with major retailers — you've actually done the setup sheets, portal configurations, and compliance docs (not just managed accounts after the fact)
• Fluency with retail systems: 1WorldSync, SPINS Product Hub, EDI/SPS, PIM platforms, retailer portals (Retail Link, Partner Online, etc.)
• Strong on deductions and chargebacks — you know why they happen and how to prevent them
• Highly organized, self-directed, comfortable in a fast-moving environment where not everything is documented yet
• Must be authorized to work in Canada (Canadian payroll only)
This role is Fully remote with some travel to head office.
