Position Summary
A high-impact role supporting category management, deductions, sales and sales operations, digital shelf management, reporting, and shopper marketing. Ideal for someone seeking fast growth and cross-functional experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Review syndicated data and conduct deep dives into category performance, identifying opportunities to optimize product offering and increase distribution.
• Manage deductions, contracts, and support dispute resolution.
• Coordinate in-store demos, materials, scheduling, and recap reporting.
• Track purchase orders, shipments, inventory levels, and S&OP updates.
• Maintain accurate digital shelf content and manage item setup across retailers.
• Support shopper marketing programs and digital media campaign reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally to resolve retailer issues and communicate key updates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3-4 years in sales operations, category analytics, trade finance or supply chain.
• Proficient in Excel; strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail oriented; thrives in fast-paced, startup environments.
