AtoZ VirtuaL is looking for a highly capable, intelligent, and entrepreneurial-minded professional(females preferred) to work directly with the Founder & CEO in building, managing, and scaling the organization across India and globally.
This is not a conventional job — this is a leadership development role for someone who will act as the Founder’s strategic partner, operational leader, and organizational backbone, with a clear path to future leadership and directorship based on performance.
You will represent the Founder internally and externally and play a critical role in driving business growth, operational excellence, brand positioning, partnerships, and overall organizational success.

Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Execution
- Oversee and manage end-to-end business operations across all verticals
- Ensure alignment of all departments with company goals
- Build systems, processes, and execution frameworks
- Monitor performance and ensure accountability across teams
Founder’s Office & Strategic Support
- Work directly with Founder on strategic initiatives
- Act on behalf of Founder when required
- Ensure implementation of Founder’s vision across organization
- Coordinate and follow up on all critical tasks and priorities
Growth, Partnerships & Expansion
- Develop strategic partnerships across India and globally
- Represent the company in business meetings and networking forums
- Identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas
- Support fundraising, collaborations, and strategic alliances
Brand Building & Corporate Representation
- Act as a face and ambassador of the organization
- Build company reputation and professional credibility
- Strengthen PR, branding, and positioning efforts
Team Building & Leadership
- Help hire, train, and mentor team members
- Build a high-performance culture
- Ensure productivity with optimal resource utilization
Research, Modernization & Innovation
- Introduce modern tools, systems, and technologies

Candidate Profile

Working Expectation
This is an ownership-driven leadership role, not a fixed-hour job.

Compensation Structure
Phase 1 – Probation Period (First 3 Months)
- Profit Share: 10% to 20% based on performance and business generated
- No fixed salary during probation
This phase is designed to build mutual trust and evaluate long-term leadership potential.
Phase 2 – Post Probation (Based on Performance)
Compensation will include:
- Fixed Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹1,50,000 per month (or higher based on performance)

Career Growth Path
Based on performance, the candidate will be elevated to leadership roles such as:
- Director – Business Operations
