About This Role
We're looking for a B2B marketer who can take ownership of demand generation and pipeline contribution for international markets. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — you'll work closely with sales and revenue teams to build a consistent top-of-funnel engine and convert market interest into qualified pipeline.
You'll be expected to make decisions grounded in data, move fast on GTM plans, and bring structure to how we approach new and existing international markets.
What You'll Do
Demand Generation & Pipeline
- Own and operate MQL and SQL generation programs for international markets
- Build and run multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline in target geographies
- Work with sales and revenue teams to align on pipeline targets, handoff criteria, and funnel health
GTM Planning & Execution
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for international market expansion and penetration
- Translate market insights into campaign briefs, messaging frameworks, and activation plans
- Coordinate with regional stakeholders to ensure GTM plans are executed on time and on target
Analytics & Reporting
- Track, measure, and report on funnel metrics, campaign performance, and marketing contribution to revenue
- Use data to identify gaps, improve conversion rates, and prioritize marketing investment
- Build dashboards and reporting structures that give the team and leadership clear visibility into performance
Marketing Operations
- Manage and optimize the marketing tool stack to support campaign execution and lead management
- Apply AI-powered tools and workflows to improve campaign efficiency and output quality
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a clear focus on international markets
- Demonstrated ability to generate and manage MQLs and SQLs across full-funnel programs
- Experience owning GTM planning and end-to-end campaign execution
- Strong grasp of marketing analytics — comfortable working with funnel data and making decisions from it
- Experience working in close alignment with sales and revenue teams
- Hands-on familiarity with marketing tool stacks and AI-driven marketing workflows
Nice to Have
- Experience in SaaS or technology-led B2B environments
- Exposure to multiple international geographies (APAC, EMEA, or Americas)
