Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant – Oracle CPQ to lead and support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle CPQ solutions within Oracle Fusion environments. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle CPQ along with hands-on experience in related Oracle Cloud modules. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers to deliver scalable and efficient CPQ and Order-to-Cash solutions.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Total 6 years’ experience Minimum 3 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)
- Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle Field Service Cloud, and Oracle Order Management
- Knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reporting and analytics
- Experience in Data Load and Data Migration using Oracle tools (FBDI, ADFdi, etc.)
- Understanding of Oracle Fusion Security, including roles, privileges, and data access
- Experience in workflow configuration and approval management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the functional implementation and support of Oracle CPQ solutions
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into CPQ configurations
- Design and configure product models, pricing rules, approvals, and quote templates
- Integrate Oracle CPQ with Oracle Sales Cloud, Order Management, and other Fusion modules
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
- Configure and maintain OTBI reports and dashboards
- Manage Fusion security roles, access controls, and approval workflows
- Provide functional guidance during testing phases (SIT, UAT) and support go-live activities
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions
- Prepare functional documentation and provide user training and post-go-live support
