We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to support a dynamic and evolving Sales Team, where your main objective is to drive productivity and efficiency improvements across the Sales teams to ultimately deliver on organization-wide revenue growth. The Manager will support our Sales Teams to work smarter and more effectively through operations (process and workflow) improvements, an effective tech stack, timely/accurate data/insights, and enablement of teams and leaders.
You enjoy spending quite a bit of time getting your hands dirty by optimizing automations in Outreach or improving the flow of information between tools. You also love strategizing with your team on leveraging software for the most significant impact. Your overarching goal is to improve sales productivity by enabling the Sales Teams to work smarter and make better decisions through process improvements, sales technology, and data-based insights.
This role will report to our Director of Revenue Operations with our Sales Team as your main stakeholder. You will also work cross-functionally and build relationships within the larger Revenue organization (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and other Operations teams).

Optimize Sales Processes to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance overall sales performance. Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track them regularly.

Manage and Administer Technology including administering some key tools in our tech stack, including Outreach. Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through our tech stack. Fully implement technology solutions. Work closely with the Salesforce team to ensure that Salesforce is set up to most effectively support the operational needs of the team.

Sales and Marketing Alignment and Integration: Develop and implement strategies to streamline the handoff process between marketing and sales, ensuring a smooth transition of leads and minimal loss of potential opportunities. Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes to maximize efficiency and collaboration with marketing.

Support Sales Forecasting and Planning: Work closely with RevOps to support sales forecasting workflows and processes to meet business objectives.

Support Territory and Quota Management: Provide input on defining sales territories and quota and monitor and evaluate quota attainment. Address any imbalances or performance gaps, and propose adjustments as needed.

Support Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement to support initiatives to enable the team with the necessary tools, resources, and training. This may include creating sales collateral, developing sales playbooks, supporting roll-out of new tools or processes, and providing ongoing sales training and coaching.

Foster a culture of data integrity by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and reliable data in CRM and related systems, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.

5+ years of hands-on experience and knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics, and tools (including experience doing all the responsibilities listed above)

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Strong technical and administrator skills with Revenue tools like Salesforce, Outreach and potentially Gong, Highspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Gainsight

Experience working in a software company

The hiring range for this role is $98,000 -$109,000 CAD. Your specific compensation within this range is determined based on your job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and our internal equity assessment.
