Lead a $200M+ digital revenue business operating within a larger enterprise. You'll own growth across owned channels, marketplace distribution, pricing strategy, and commercial operations, operating like a GM with significant autonomy.
This is a high-impact, performance-driven role blending e-commerce leadership, P&L accountability, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drive digital revenue growth across owned websites and third-party marketplaces
- Own pricing, yield optimization, and margin performance
- Lead marketplace/OTA distribution strategies
- Manage commercial operations, including customer lifecycle and servicing
- Oversee multi-functional team (~5 direct reports): marketing, distribution, operations, revenue management
- Partner cross-functionally with product, tech, finance, and corporate strategy
Requirements:
- 10+ years in digital commerce, e-commerce, or revenue operations
- Proven P&L ownership or material influence ($100M+)
- Strong background in e-commerce, marketplace models, or multi-SKU businesses
- Data-driven operator who translates strategy into execution
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience in retail, marketplace, or digitally-driven revenue models preferred
