About the Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a Business Operations Specialist to support Wallet, Payments and Commerce services across Australia, New Zealand and South East Asia (ANZSEA).
Working within a collaborative Business Operations function, you will support partners using digital wallet and payments services, ensuring smooth onboarding, efficient operations and a high‑quality partner experience. This is a hands‑on role requiring strong attention to detail, clear communication and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding of new partners, ensuring documentation, systems and processes are completed accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver smooth and timely partner onboarding
- Provide partners with clear guidance, instructions and onboarding resources
- Manage day‑to‑day partner enquiries, including onboarding, reporting, billing and customer care
- Support partner compliance requirements and assist with escalations
- Maintain accurate data, documentation and operational reporting
- Support field testing activities, including preparation, monitoring and issue resolution
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Business Development and Marketing
- Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and partner experience
What We're Looking For
- 2-5 years' experience in an operational support, business operations or technology‑focused role
- Experience supporting partners, onboarding processes or customer/partner operations
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Exposure to payments, fintech or digital platforms (highly regarded)
Location: Australia (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract - 12months
Daily Rate: 600 + Super
