Are you ready to take on an extraordinary role as a Manager of Sales Operations and make a substantial impact? Look no further! We are searching for a highly motivated individual to join our Renewal Operations Team, you will be instrumental in achieving operational excellence in our renewals business. In this position you will partner with our VP of Americas Renewals to produce industry leading renewal performance. You will be involved in setting renewal quotas, forecasting renewal revenue, and providing unmatched support to our renewal sellers and managers. How You’ll Spend Your Time Here
- Partner with the VP of Americas Renewals to achieve industry leading renewal performance
- Provide operational support to Americas renewal organization
- Manage a team of renewal sales support analysts
- Partner with cross functional teams such as Deal Management, Strategy & Planning, and Finance to align business practices and processes
- Ensure detailed execution of quota deployment and maintain strict adherence to timelines.
- Provide accurate and predictable forecasting for Americas Renewal Revenue
- Provide renewal support to the renewal sales teams by answering their questions related to renewals, including understanding quota, and performance metrics.
- Provide access to pipeline, and historical reporting.
- Drive operationally excellent pipeline hygiene within SFDC CRM
- Establish a system for tracking renewals to support informed decision-making and long-term planning.
- Drive process improvements to improve performance on renewals.
- Align with Renewal Managers to provide operational support and drive accountability.
- Empower our channel team to drive renewals.
WE’D LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING
- 8-10 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in a renewal sales environment.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a team of sales operations professionals, preferably in a renewal sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support decision making.
- Demonstrated success in managing a top performing operations team
- Remarkable ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated success in coordinating and implementing sales quotas.
- Experience with business reporting, dashboard creation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Mastery of analytical tools like Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Suite.
Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and/or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
$123,760.00-$154,700.00
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
