The organization seeks a Business Operations Specialist to support the Information Security team with procurement, finance operations, and vendor coordination. The role will manage purchase-to-pay activities, budget tracking, and operational reporting while partnering with Security, Finance, and Procurement. The specialist will maintain process documentation to support compliance and audit readiness and will drive workflow improvements for efficient delivery.

Rate: $60.00 to $65.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and track approvals and fulfillment in compliance with financial and capitalization policies.
- Coordinate with vendors to manage orders, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Support budget tracking, forecasting, and spend reconciliation, and flag risks or variances.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and executive-ready materials.
- Maintain process documentation to support audit readiness and compliance.
- Identify and improve operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce friction.
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in business operations, finance operations, procurement, or program coordination.
- Hands-on experience with purchase-to-pay processes and vendor management.
- Strong attention to detail, process orientation, and cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in ambiguity.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and enterprise procurement or finance systems.
- Management consulting background (preferred).
- Experience supporting IT or security organizations (preferred).
- Familiarity with enterprise finance or procurement tools (preferred).

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
