- 3+ years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role
- VC funded Seed through series A startup experience < 100 people in the last 3+ years
- Should have worked at engineering technology companies
- Candidate should have held a full time non-consulting job in the last year
- Should have experience with
- Finance ops - overseeing all invoicing, expenses, etc. (not bookkeeping/accounting)
- Business ops - managing insurance, vendors, etc.
- Exec ops - people, recruiting, OKRs, systems, etc.
- Strong reasoning, analytical, and systems-thinking abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills with an obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on willing to do the non-glamorous hands-on work when necessary
