Job Description:
Job Summary:
A Deal Desk Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by reviewing and approving deal contracts and potential related documentation. This position ensures that transactions comply with company policies, pricing guidelines, and revenue recognition standards while enabling sales teams to close deals efficiently and profitably. The analyst acts as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, and other internal teams to streamline deal execution and mitigate risks.
Core Job Duties:
- Analyze and validate sales contracts (pre-sale) to ensure compliance with protocols related to proper use of templates, pricing frameworks and related company guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and legal teams to resolve deal blockers and accelerate approvals
- Evaluate commercial terms and identify potential risks in contracts to prevent revenue leakage
- Experience with software / SAAS revenue recognition rules is a plus
- Ensure accurate entries of opportunities in Salesforce and complete required tracking elements related to deal desk approval
- Recommend opportunities to improve efficiency in deal approval cycles and implement best practices
Must be able to operate in a fast-paced business environment where quick decision-making is essential and handle multiple deals simultaneously
Credentials:
- College degree or equivalent is required
- 3+ years in deal desk, sales operations, finance, or contract management (SaaS/software experience preferred).Experience with legal tech offerings and market is a plus

- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Collaborative mindset with a customer-first approach
The Compensation range for this role is $100,000 - 125,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
