Job Summary:
The role focuses on supporting sales operations by analyzing BDR performance metrics to determine compensation eligibility. It involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to processes, and providing data-driven insights to improve operational efficiency and compensation structures.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze BDR performance data to validate compensation qualifications
- Ensure compliance with established evaluation processes and guidelines
- Collaborate with BDRs, leadership, and compensation teams to resolve discrepancies
- Communicate decisions clearly, including declining non-qualifying compensation requests
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of performance and compensation data
- Identify and recommend process improvements in sales operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Must-Have Skills:- Strong analytical skills with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Experience in sales operations or analytical roles (B2B preferred)
- Understanding of BDR/SDR processes and performance metrics
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide constructive feedback
Industry Experience:B2B Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related business operations environments
