Role Summary
The RevOps Specialist – B2B SaaS builds the operational backbone of our revenue engine.
You will design the systems, processes, and data structures that enable sales, marketing, and customer success teams to operate with clarity and speed.
Your role is to ensure the CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and sales workflows translate strategy into predictable revenue execution.
You will work closely with founders and revenue leaders to ensure data-driven decision making and scalable GTM operations.

Ideal Candidate
1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Analytics, Consulting, or SaaS GTM roles.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
Comfortable working with:
- CRM systems
- spreadsheets and dashboards
- operational workflows
- data analysis tools
Ability to translate messy data and operational gaps into clear systems and frameworks.
Strong communicator who can collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and leadership teams.
High ownership mindset — proactive, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-moving startup environments.
Deep interest in B2B SaaS revenue engines, CRM systems, and GTM operations.

Compensation
