Your mission
As a
Sales Operations & Pricing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the sales organization by driving
data-driven decision making, pricing strategy, and sales performance monitoring.
You will transform complex data into actionable insights, ensure the reliability of sales data and tools, and help optimize pricing and commercial performance across multiple geographies. You will work closely with
sales teams, senior leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analytics & Business Insights
- Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (ERP, CRM and other systems) to provide business insights and performance trends
- Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards and analytical reports
- Monitor and update key KPIs, including on-time and correct delivery performance
- Conduct analysis on sales performance, pricing strategies, product portfolio and segment trends
- Perform market, competition and customer analysis
- Consolidate and analyze segment data across 50+ geographies
- Prepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management
- Support the automation and improvement of analytical processes
- Maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting
Pricing & Commercial Performance
- Support pricing strategy through pricing analytics and performance tracking
- Maintain pricing structures and customer pricing data within the CRM
- Monitor pricing discounts and pricing consistency
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize pricing and profitability
Sales Operations & CRM
- Ensure data quality and maintenance in CRM systems (pricing, customers, configurations, users, addresses)
- Monitor and resolve blocked orders with sales teams
- Develop dashboards to track sales KPIs, adoption and sales effectiveness
- Support UAT testing for system updates and releases
- Support and train sales teams on CRM usage and best practices
- Drive continuous improvement of sales operations processes
Profile we are looking for
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing or related field
Experience
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, pricing, business analytics or commercial performance
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights
- Experience working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (pivot tables, pricing analysis, dashboards, presentations)
- Strong experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI preferred)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage large and complex datasets
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required (additional European language is a plus)
