About the role
We're seeking a revenue operations analyst to join our revenue operations team working closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to improve how sales runs.
This team plays a pivotal role by providing operational support - from tracking performance to fixing broken processes and supporting planning, your work will help make things clearer, faster, and more efficient. This role manages data, streamlines workflows, and supports key sales initiatives.
The ideal candidate is one who is willing to understand the world of SaaS operations and likes solving problems and making processes work better. This is an entry level individual contributor role.
Responsibilities
- First level support in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance workflows - managing requests across Salesforce and multiple data orchestration systems
- Help manage and improve operational processes across go-to-market teams to drive efficiency and consistency
- Use SOPs to ensure quality including data reviews, cleansing, validation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Conduct basic analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve and automate the GTM systems and processes
- Assist with GTM operations special ad hoc projects and analysis
Requirements
- 1-2 years total work experience in revenue operations, sales operations, analytics or related roles in B2B SaaS companies and exposure to their entire GTM process
- Comfortable with ChatGPT, G-Suite and eager to learn all new AI tools that support B2B GTM motion
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and show ability to work effectively in teams with multiple functional groups
- Flexibility to work in shifts
- Passion for continuous learning and enjoy a fast paced startup environment
- Interest in growing into a more senior revenue operations or strategy role
