How you'll contribute to our mission
Frontline Education is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to build and strengthen the operational foundation that enables our revenue teams to grow with clarity, consistency, and confidence.
In this role, you will connect strategy, systems, and data to support predictable revenue performance and scalable growth. Working closely with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Product, you will help teams operate with shared insights, consistent processes, and the tools they need to make thoughtful decisions that ultimately support the schools and districts we serve.
You will also lead and grow a high-performing Revenue Operations team, creating an environment where people collaborate, learn from one another, and continually improve how the organization supports revenue growth.
How you'll drive success
Create a unified revenue engine
- Align Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams through shared reporting, systems, and operating practices
- Establish a trusted source of truth for revenue data that gives leaders clear visibility into pipeline health, performance trends, and opportunities for growth
- Strengthen collaboration across teams to support a consistent and efficient revenue lifecycle
Strengthen sales operations
- Design and guide the sales operating model, including opportunity stages, pipeline management, and forecasting practices
- Lead deal desk and quoting processes that help teams move efficiently while maintaining thoughtful pricing discipline
- Partner with Finance and Product leaders to evolve pricing strategies and product packaging
Lead revenue systems and data architecture
- Own the strategy and governance of key revenue platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, Gainsight, and Gong
- Maintain a scalable CRM and revenue data model that supports multi-product selling and account expansion
- Partner with enterprise applications and data teams to ensure reliable integrations, strong data quality, and system adoption
Drive marketing operations and demand governance
- Lead marketing operations practices that support disciplined funnel management and meaningful attribution
- Define lifecycle stages and funnel definitions across marketing, sales, and customer experience teams
- Collaborate with marketing leaders to evaluate campaign performance and contribution to pipeline and expansion opportunities
Build and lead a high-performing Revenue Operations team
- Recruit, mentor, and develop Revenue Operations professionals in an environment that encourages curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Establish clear priorities and goals that align team efforts with company growth objectives
- Create opportunities for team members to grow their expertise across systems, analytics, and strategic operations
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across the revenue organization to strengthen operational excellence
What you bring to help us grow
- 10 or more years of experience leading Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations within a SaaS or software environment
- Experience supporting complex, multi-product revenue organizations
- Deep familiarity with Salesforce and modern revenue technology platforms including CPQ, marketing automation, and customer success systems
- Strong experience building forecasting frameworks and revenue reporting environments
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights for leadership teams

Compensation & Benefits
Frontline Education offers competitive compensation range of $175-190,000.00 that reflects experience, skills, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and long-term incentives.
