Kforce's client, a dynamic, privately held healthcare technology company on an accelerated growth trajectory and preparing for a future public offering, is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth company at a transformational stage and make a lasting impact on its future success. This is an onsite role based in the Greater Philadelphia area. Candidates should reside within commuting distance or be willing to relocate. Relocation assistance may be available for the right individual. Summary: Reporting directly to the President, the CFO will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, President, Board of Directors, and senior leadership team, helping guide the company's next phase of growth and value creation. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to build and lead a world-class finance organization while playing a key role in shaping the company's path to the public markets. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of corporate finance, accounting, and financial strategy
- Oversee SEC reporting and public-company readiness initiatives
- Direct Investor Relations, SOX compliance, Treasury, and risk management functions
- Evaluate and execute M&A and other strategic growth opportunities
- Partner with executive leadership on long-term business planning and operational strategy
- Serve as the primary financial resource to the Board of Directors, including the Audit and Compensation Committees

Requirements
- CPA designation strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including recent CFO experience with a publicly traded company generating $100M+ in annual revenue
- Prior experience in the healthcare and/or technology sectors is highly desirable
- Proven expertise overseeing SEC reporting, investor relations, SOX compliance, treasury operations, mergers & acquisitions, and other core corporate finance functions
- Demonstrated success building, leading, and developing high-performing finance organizations within dynamic, high-growth environments
- Strategic business partner with a strong track record of driving operational excellence, financial performance, and shareholder value
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive-level stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage boards, investors, and senior leadership teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
