9N Technologies is seeking a CFO with strong fundraising experience to join the leadership team.
This role is focused on securing investment and building relationships with investors. We are looking for someone who has successfully raised capital before and has an active network of angels, VCs, and early-stage investors.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead pre-seed and seed fundraising rounds
• Leverage an existing investor network to open funding conversations
• Structure and negotiate investment terms and closing rounds
• Work closely with the CEO on financial strategy and investor relations
• Support financial planning, modelling, and capital strategy
Ideal Candidate
• Proven track record raising investment for startups
• Strong network of angels, VCs, and early-stage funds
• Experience closing funding rounds
• Background as a startup CFO, finance lead, or investment professional
• Comfortable working in an early-stage deep tech environment
Compensation
• Equity-based role until funding closes
• Transition to salary once investment is secured
