Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst II
Location: Atlanta, GA (Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract with possible extension
Job Summary
Responsible for managing Tier 1 support operations, including ticket handling, CPQ issue resolution, contract processing, and supporting sales teams. Acts as an escalation point, drives process improvements, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and escalate Tier 1 tickets, support calls, OEM enrollments, and leads.
- Troubleshoot CPQ issues affecting quotes, orders, and contracts.
- Process large and non-revenue contracts with accuracy and compliance.
- Review contract history and agreements to support pricing and discount decisions.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with billing, contracts, and data teams to resolve issues.
- Provide reporting and insights to support sales leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in sales/business operations.
- Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ or similar systems (Billing/CLM).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret contracts and work independently in a team environment.
