Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Associate Director of Revenue Operations to design and execute the strategy, processes, and tools that empower our sales organization to scale effectively and perform at a high level. You’ll lead a team of Sales Enablement Managers, guiding them to deliver world-class enablement programs that align with our go-to-market strategy, boost sales productivity, and create repeatable success across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead sales enablement strategy: Build, refine, and execute scalable frameworks that enhance sales readiness, efficiency, and overall performance.
- Manage and develop enablement leaders: Coach and mentor a team of Sales Enablement Managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and professional growth.
- Scale sales processes: Continuously analyze sales funnels, identify bottlenecks, and implement automation or system improvements.
- Drive CRM excellence: Oversee HubSpot CRM governance, reporting, and optimization to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Create enablement content: Oversee the development of sales playbooks, onboarding programs, training materials, and pitch assets.
- Align cross-functional efforts: Partner closely with Marketing, RevOps, and Client Success to ensure strategic alignment and consistent messaging.
- Report to leadership: Deliver data-driven insights, performance reports, and recommendations directly to C-level executives.
- Champion continuous improvement: Evaluate new enablement tools, refine processes, and build best practices that scale with company growth.
- Lead sales methodology training: Design and deliver structured training programs that equip sales teams with Challenger selling techniques and Gap Selling frameworks, enabling reps to challenge customer thinking, identify problem–solution gaps, and advance complex deals effectively.
Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Revenue Strategy, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment.
- Proven experience managing enablement professionals or teams and scaling enablement functions.
- Advanced knowledge of HubSpot CRM, analytics tools, and enablement platforms.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with confidence presenting to executives.
- Strong analytical mindset-able to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
- Collaborative leader who builds cross-functional trust and alignment.
- Passionate about empowering teams, driving growth, and optimizing operational excellence.
- Experience training and coaching sales teams on structured methodologies such as Challenger Selling and Gap Selling, driving adoption through workshops, playbooks, and deal coaching.
