About TheRole:
As a CBRE Business OperationsCoordinator, you will assist with the timely processing of front-end andback-end tasks in support of our valuation and consulting professionals with ahigh level of accuracy. In this role, a team on and offshore staff coordinate processingfunctions and perform end-to-end workflow operations.
What You'll Do:
Generate accurate, timely clientinvoices aligned with contractual terms using intermediate Excel skills andbasic accounting principles.

Perform key AR administrationfunctions—including account reconciliation, unapplied cash research, refundprocessing, and Positive Pay coordination—with strong accuracy and compliance.
Process emails requesting job setup andRFPs in the shared mailbox across all assignment types, including standardappraisals, consulting/litigation, ROW, Tax, ACS, and recurring work.
Reference resource documents andinternal/external platforms to ensure accurate quotes, confirm clientrequirements, and research prior appraisal history or potential conflicts.
Review system data and supportingdocuments to ensure accurate job setup, allocations, and assignmentrequirements.
Maintain job files, apply scope changes,and ensure full compliance with SOPs, policies, and contractual requirements.

Monitor billing dashboards, verifyrequired documentation, generate retainer invoices, and complete billing uponassignment delivery.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training. Bachelor’s Degree preferred Prior experience as a business Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred. Requires a basic understanding of financial terms and principles, including the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages. Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos, and to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Ability to understand and carry out instructions in standard situations, and to address problems using basic analytical skills. Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Familiarity working with Smartsheet and Adobe software.
Makesdecisions in alignment with core procedures and company policies to achieveestablished results and timelines.
Familiarity with automation and AI as applied to businessand process improvement
