Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role will work collaboratively across all levels of the organization. If you are driven by data and how this data impacts the success of the organization, this may be the role for you.
Essential Job Duties (Will Include but Not Limited To)
- Power BI Dashboards & Commercial Intelligence — design and maintain reporting infrastructure that provides Area Managers, Patient Counselors, and executive leadership real-time visibility into key metrics
- Pipeline & Funnel Analytics — track lead-to-procedure conversion, referral performance, Eye Care Partner Activity (ECP) partner activity, and procedural volume across LASIK, cataract, glaucoma, and iDose TR
- Sales Process Support — partner with sales and field leadership to develop workflows and analytics that support field activity
- Forecasting & Business Reviews — build models and narratives that support quarterly business reviews, board reporting, and PE-level performance visibility
- Cross-functional Coordination — work directly with operations, marketing, and finance to align data strategy with execution
- AI-Assisted Analytics — research and leverage AI tools to accelerate reporting workflows, surface insights faster, and automate repetitive data tasks; research AI tools to assist with training and sales improvement across all call center and sales roles in the organization.
Mandatory
- 4+ years in consulting, sales operations, or revenue operations
- Strong Salesforce proficiency — configuration, reporting, and workflow automation
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive-ready narratives
- Analytically rigorous AND commercially curious — you understand what the numbers mean in the field
- Working proficiency with AI and other tools applied to analytics, reporting, or process automation
Preferred But Not Required
- Background in med-tech, pharma, ophthalmology, or healthcare services
- Experience supporting field sales organizations (not just inside sales)
- Exposure to PE-backed or high-growth environments
- Comfort working directly with senior leadership and presenting to the C-suite
