Role: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)1. Objective- Lead financial strategy, monetization, and fundraising for Miror
- Act as a key partner in scaling the business
2. Key Responsibilities- Drive monetization strategy (subscriptions, pricing, new revenue streams)
- Lead fundraising (investor connects, pitch decks, financial models)
- Build and manage financial planning & forecasting
- Own P&L, cash flow, and cost optimization
- Work closely with founders on business strategy and growth decisions
- Ensure financial compliance, reporting, and governance
3. Must-Have Experience- Experience in startup / high-growth environment
- Proven track record in fundraising
- Strong understanding of business models & monetization
- Experience handling investors / board-level discussions
4. Good to Have- Experience in consumer / health / D2C / digital products
- Exposure to subscription or app-based business models
- CA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
