About the Role
We are looking for a
GTM Engineer who is passionate about building scalable systems that sit at the intersection of Revenue Operations, data and AI. You will play a central role in how we design, automate, instrument and evolve our go-to-market engine across Sales, Marketing and Account Management.
This is not a support role and not a pure engineering role. It is a
builder role for someone who continuously challenges the status quo, experiments with new approaches, and translates innovation into tangible outcomes for revenue teams.
You will partner closely with RevOps leadership, GTM leaders and operators across the business. Your work will directly shape how our GTM organisation runs and will be visible at the highest levels.

What You’ll Do
GTM Systems & Data Architecture
- Own and evolve our GTM tech stack including Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, BigQuery, Sigma and automation tooling
- Design and maintain reliable data pipelines that power reporting, automation and AI workflows
- Ensure data quality, consistency and observability across GTM systems
- Partner with RevOps and GTM leaders to translate GTM strategy and operational needs into scalable technical solutions
- Evaluate new tools and platforms, balancing speed, leverage and long-term maintainability
AI Workflows & GTM Enablement
- Design and productionise LLM-powered workflows and internal copilots that materially improve how GTM teams operate
- Identify high-impact GTM use cases for AI and turn them into practical, adopted capabilities
- Run controlled experimentation to test AI features and workflows before scaling
- Monitor performance, adoption, drift and ROI of AI-powered systems over time
- Serve as a steward of AI-native GTM practices, helping Actively stay ahead of the curve as the landscape evolves
Process Automation & Operational Scale
- Proactively identify friction, bottlenecks and manual effort across GTM processes
- Operationalise process improvements through automation and system redesign
- Build durable workflows that scale with volume, complexity and organisational growth
- Reduce cognitive and operational drag on revenue teams so they can focus on winning customers
Tracking, Reporting & Insight Enablement
- Build and maintain instrumentation that enables accurate tracking of funnel, pipeline and GTM performance
- Partner with RevOps to ensure metrics are well-defined, trusted and decision-useful
- Enable self-serve insights through well-designed data models and reporting layers
- Help leadership understand what is happening, why it is happening and where to focus next
Thought Leadership & Point of View
- Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks and standards that define how we build and operate GTM systems
- Partner with leadership on external thought leadership, including content, talks and published perspectives
- Engage thoughtfully with customers, partners, and the broader ecosystem to exchange ideas and learn from real-world GTM challenges
Who You Are
- 2–6 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Systems Engineering, Analytics Engineering or a similar builder role
- An innovator by instinct, you are constantly looking for better ways to deliver outcomes, not just maintain systems
- Strong systems thinker who naturally think in workflows, data flows, dependencies and failure modes
- Comfortable designing and shipping solutions end-to-end, not just maintaining existing setups
- Experience working with GTM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, Chili Piper, BigQuery, Sigma or equivalent platforms
- Hands-on experience designing or deploying LLM-based workflows for internal business use cases
- Strong SQL skills with experience in Data Engineering and Python scripting
- Able to collaborate effectively with technical specialists including AI engineers, while translating complexity for non-technical stakeholders
- Clear, professional communicator who operates well in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
Nice to Haves
- Experience in an early-stage or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Familiarity with reverse ETL, event tracking, or modern data stack patterns
- Experience evaluating AI vendors, tools or platforms and integrating them into production workflows
- Customer-facing experience, such as working directly with clients, prospects or partners on GTM or technical problems
- Interest in writing, speaking, or contributing to industry discussions on AI and GTM

The base salary range for this full-time position based in New York is: $100,000 - $160,000. This position is also eligible for variable compensation of $15,000-$20,000 subject to personal performance, company performance, and the terms of Actively AI’s applicable plans.
