The OpportunityWe are looking for a Business Development Manager to be the driving force behind our center's expansion and community engagement efforts. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual who is passionate about promoting child development services and building strong professional relationships.
🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesThe Business Development Manager will focus on strategic growth and outreach, including:
- Business Growth & Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase center enrollment, service utilization, and overall market share in the Hyderabad region.
- Community Outreach & Networking: Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with pediatricians, schools, parent groups, community organizations, and potential referral partners.
- Enquiry Management: Serve as the primary contact for all new business and service inquiries, conducting center tours, explaining services in detail, and guiding prospective parents through the enrollment process.
- Marketing & Promotion: Actively promote Ignitio's specialized child development services (e.g., therapy programs, workshops, educational consulting) through digital and traditional channels.
- Data Management: Track, analyze, and report on lead generation and conversion metrics to measure the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
