Job Summary:We are looking for a fresher or entry-level candidate who is proactive, eager to learn, and willing to work in the night shift. This role involves supporting HR activities and business operations while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in recruitment activities like job postings, screening, and interview coordination
- Support onboarding and maintain employee records
- Help with day-to-day HR operations and coordination tasks
- Assist in payroll inputs and basic documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Support employee engagement activities
- Help in preparing reports and maintaining data
- Assist in client communication and coordination (as required)
Key Requirements:- Any graduate (HR/Business Administration preferred)
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience
- Willingness to work in night shift
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Good organizational and time management skills
