The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager to drive the growth and outreach of our center. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building relationships, promoting child development services, and making a meaningful impact in the community.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase enrollments, improve service utilization, and expand market presence in Hyderabad.
- Community Outreach & Networking:
- Build strong relationships with pediatricians, schools, parent groups, and community organizations to generate referrals.
- Enquiry Management:
- Handle all new inquiries, conduct center tours, explain services, and guide parents through the enrollment process.
- Marketing & Promotion:
- Promote Ignitio’s services (therapy programs, workshops, consulting) through both digital and offline channels.
- Data Management:
- Track leads, analyze conversion metrics, and report on business development performance.
🎯 Eligibility Criteria- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for working in the child development or healthcare sector
- Self-driven, energetic, and goal-oriented
