Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fractional Chief Sales Officer located in Lehi, UT. As a Fractional CSO, you will work with multiple organizations to oversee and refine their sales operations, develop strategic sales initiatives, and manage all sales activities to ensure growth and revenue targets are met. You will provide training, manage the sales team, monitor performance metrics, and implement processes for improvement. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to align sales strategies with organizational goals, building strong client relationships, and managing key accounts.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years in Sales-Specific Jobs
- 2+ Years in Executive/Leadership Roles
- Strong expertise in Sales, including strategy development and execution
- Proven experience in Sales Operations and Sales Management
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, with skills in Team Management and Training
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience working in a high-growth company or consultancy is a plus
