I am going to be VERY DIRECT and VERY CLEAR here. This is a HIGHLY confidential search. I have a 1-2 month head start on this. I am currently gathering resumes/applications. This search WILL NOT MOVE FAST.
Due to health reasons, I definitely do need to set some boundaries. Please see below:
Unfortunately, I will not be able to be on phone calls until a month from today, and at that time, the calls will be to Direct Hit candidates only.
Please do not message me about updates, and here is why: due to the high volume of responses it gets out of control and clogs my Inbox.
There is an exception and a loophole here. You can definitely send me a LinkedIn Invite!!!
Thus, my request due to Health Reason is please let me reach out to you. If you are a DIRECT HIT, Believe me, I will definitely call you.
The reason is that I am being somewhat of a Jerk here is because I am working 17 hour days while squeezing while in the gym so I can get into better shape and improve my health. I cannot keep up this pace for long or else you nice people will be down one recruiter in the Atlanta market
If this is an issue, I understand. Please let me recommend Robert Half. They will LUV to have you.
OK, so that is out of the way, let me communicate to all of you nice people -the basics:
