Company seeks a highly strategic, emotionally intelligent, and execution-oriented Fractional Chief Financial Officer to partner with executive leadership and the Board during a critical phase of organizational growth, capital funding exploration, and enterprise evolution.
This role will focus on activities to support obtainment of external capital, including financial modeling, valuation support, lender/investor engagement, strategic financial planning, and enterprise readiness. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in growth financing and enterprise financial strategy while operating effectively within a founder-led, entrepreneurial, highly creative, seasonal, and operationally unconventional business environment.
This is a strategic advisory leadership role designed to augment and scale executive financial leadership capacity during a period of accelerated growth and organizational complexity.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with executive leadership and the Board on capitalization strategy and financing readiness
- Support evaluation and execution of private credit and alternative financing structures
- Develop and refine enterprise financial models, liquidity planning tools, and valuation analyses
- Assist with preparation of lender/investor materials and financing presentations
- Participate in financing-related meetings alongside executive leadership and Board representatives
- Provide strategic advisory support related to entity structure evolution, including domestic and international operating entities
- Advise leadership on long-range financial planning, enterprise scalability, and organizational readiness
- Support selective high-impact finance transformation initiatives focused on systems utilization, AI adoption, process efficiency, and reporting maturity
- Mentor and support internal finance leadership without displacing operational ownership
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor while learning the business and building organizational credibility

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior CFO experience in growth-oriented organizations (required)
- Demonstrated experience supporting capital raises, debt financing structures, and lender relationships from strategy through execution (required)
- Strong understanding of private credit, covenant management, liquidity planning, and enterprise valuation (required)
- Experience supporting founder-led, entrepreneurial, seasonal, or operationally unconventional businesses
- Proven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments
- Strong finance systems and modernization mindset, including process optimization and AI-enabled efficiencies
- Experience supporting multi-entity and/or international business structures
- Collaborative leadership style with strong relationship-building skills
- Executive-level communication and board interaction experience
Work Arrangement
- Fractional engagement
- Approximately 20 hours per week (anticipated for 6 months)
- Primarily remote with periodic onsite meetings as needed
