1. Business Operations & Process Management
Streamline business operations by identifying inefficiencies and implementing process improvements.
Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are documented, updated, and adhered to.
Collaborate with different teams (HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT) to optimize workflows.
Monitor and analyze key operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Manage internal documentation, approvals, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
2. Sales & Marketing Reporting
Collect, analyze, and present sales and marketing performance reports to leadership.
Track key metrics such as lead conversions, revenue targets, and customer engagement.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize pipelines and sales strategies.
Assist in developing business strategies based on sales insights and data analytics.
3. Digital Marketing
Design and publish digital marketing posts on social media, email campaigns, and website updates.
Manage social media accounts and increase brand visibility through digital strategies.
Coordinate with designers, writers, and third-party agencies for marketing content.
Monitor website traffic, SEO, and online engagement to optimize digital campaigns.
4. Financial Management & Accounts Handling
Manage invoicing, expense tracking, and budget management.
Work with the finance team to ensure timely salary disbursements, tax filings, and audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and generate reports for leadership.
Assist in budget planning and cost optimization strategies.
5. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure business processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.

Work closely with Finance and HR teams to ensure smooth payroll, invoicing, and budget adherence.
