Job description
Reporting to the Head of Growth & Revenue Operations, the Revenue Operations Analyst is a hands-on operator who builds and maintains the reporting, tools, and documentation that keep ELMO's insight and acceleration engine running. This mid-level generalist role focuses on recurring reporting, data quality, and process documentation to turn GTM and revenue data into actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Reporting & Analytics Cadence: Own the production and improvement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting packs.
- Dashboard & Tool Maintenance: Build and maintain standard dashboards in Salesforce, Gong, HockeyStack, and other tools to surface key funnel metrics.
- Data Strategy & Quality: Reconcile numbers with Finance and Marketing Ops to ensure a "single source of truth".
- Process Documentation: Capture clear documentation for data flows, metric definitions, and RevOps runbooks.
- Growth Experimentation Support: Provide analytical support for growth experiments and cohort analyses.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Turn raw data into narratives and contribute to pricing and monetisation deep dives.
Skills and Experience
- Experience: 3-5 years in Revenue/Sales/Marketing Operations or Commercial Analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Education: Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Economics, Data/Analytics, Finance, or Marketing.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and practical experience with Salesforce and BI/marketing analytics tools.
- Reporting Expertise: Hands-on knowledge of building recurring revenue or funnel reports used by senior stakeholders.
- GTM Environment: Prior exposure to cross-functional GTM environments including Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
- Documentation: Previous experience documenting processes, runbooks, or data definitions.
- Attributes: Systems thinking mindset, high attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into simple narratives.
