Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Revenue Operations Analyst (Revenue Intelligence). The role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations, with direct responsibility for uncovering revenue leaks, identifying hidden profit opportunities, and translating data into measurable financial impact.
The Revenue Operations Analyst will own revenue visibility across the full funnel, from paid traffic through booked calls, sales performance, payment structure, and cash collected. This role goes beyond reporting and focuses on commercial insight, profit optimization, and cash flow awareness.
You will work closely with founders, sales leadership, and marketing managers to ensure revenue decisions are data-backed, quantified, and action-oriented.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a centralized revenue dashboard connecting traffic, booked calls, show rates, closes, payment type, and cash collected
- Analyze funnel performance to identify conversion drop-offs, lead quality shifts, and sales team variance
- Monitor revenue per lead, per source, per closer, and by cohort
- Track payment structure trends, including PIF versus payment plans, and assess cash flow impact
- Identify profit compression risks and margin improvement opportunities
- Produce weekly performance insights highlighting where money is lost, where margin can increase, and which lever moves profit fastest
- Quantify revenue opportunities and risks in clear financial terms
- Support strategic initiatives such as backend monetization, lead scoring improvements, and sales script performance analysis
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a commercial, profit-focused mindset
- Solid financial literacy with the ability to assess cash flow, margin, and risk
- Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex formulas and cohort analysis
- Experience working with CRM systems, attribution logic, and revenue data
- Familiarity with tools such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Hyros, Stripe, and ad platform metrics
- Comfort working across sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Ability to prioritize high-impact insights and communicate them clearly to decision-makers
- Experience with high-ticket funnels, online education, coaching, or call-based sales models is a strong advantage

- Base retainer (remote, flexible hours).
