Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, business operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience leading various strategic and operational initiatives while working closely with executive leaders.
- Knowledge of Google’s Ads Business.
- Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Ability to be a strong collaborator with ideas, energy and determination.

This team is responsible for setting a go-to-market strategy for APAC LCS; shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products. We play an important role in building an excellent go-to-market infrastructure from tooling to enhancing Global Business Organization business skills to ensuring flawless execution and operations against desired business outcomes and priorities. Team members are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
In this role, you will partner with the APAC Leadership team to design, operationalize and manage complex, multidisciplinary projects to execute on a goal or strategy. You will be instrumental in bringing together stakeholders across multiple functions, managing project schedules, communications and deliverables, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be managing and delivering strategic projects for GTM Leadership, as well as partnering with the APAC GTM Leads to set objectives, develop strategies, and manage progress check ins and communication to the teams.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
Responsibilities
- Develop the APAC Go-to-Market (GTM) Annual Plan, with clear priorities, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), up-to-date roadmaps, and regular progress updates.
- Lead major APAC GTM and Large Customer Sales (LCS) Events (e.g., Town Halls, offsites, immersions etc.).
- Serve as the main point of contact for Global Chief of Staff Operations to ensure best practices are both imported and exported to APAC GTM.
- Manage budget and headcount tracking and allocation. Lead planning, logistics and communication for GTM organizational changes.
- Connect with executive leaders across GTM to ensure alignment and collaboration. Develop into a trusted advisor and thought partner for the APAC GTM Vice President and Leadership team.
