The role (and why it matters?)
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Revenue Operations, to join our Sydney team. Reporting to the Global Head of Revenue Operations, you’ll own and optimize core revenue processes, systems, and data integrity across Sales, Customer Success, and Partnerships, whilst working very closely with Marketing Operations. You will drive sustainable growth across APAC, the UK and the US.
This is a visible, hands-on, and high-impact role with strong exposure to senior leaders and global teams. You’ll have real influence, autonomy and room to grow.

About you!

This role suits you if you have solid experience in SaaS sales cycles and a strong interest in data, systems, and continuous process improvement.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll collaborate closely with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and Business Systems to enhance performance, improve operational efficiency, and provide the insights needed to support and drive growth. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Go-to-Market Tech Stack
- Own the configuration and long-term roadmap of core GTM systems.
- Maintain system governance, data security, user access, and compliance.
- Develop scalable system architectures and integrations to support multi-region expansion.
- Evaluate and implement new tools
Revenue Process & Architecture
- Design, document, and continuously improve revenue workflows (lead lifecycle, routing, scoring, opportunity management, handoffs, renewals).
- Create automation to reduce manual work and increase operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with GTM leaders to ensure processes reflect best practices and business strategy.
Data Quality, Insights & Reporting Infrastructure
- Enforce CRM data quality standards through hygiene processes, validation rules, and governance.
- Partner with Head of Revenue Ops and analyst to support accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and leadership reporting.
- Ensure consistent GTM metric definitions across the organization.
Cross-Functional Partnership
- Serve as the primary systems partner for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Finance, IT, and Product teams on revenue-impacting initiatives (usage data, billing, product integrations).
Enablement & Support
- Training the global GTM teams on system capabilities, workflows, and new features.
- Develop documentation, SOPs, and change management plans.
- Handle escalations and manage system support queues.
You will be a great fit if you have:
- 4 years’ + experience in Revenue Operations, Business Systems, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience with CRM architecture (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Understanding of system integrations, APIs, and middleware (e.g. Workato, Zapier, etc.).
- Familiarity with sales engagement and call intelligence platforms (e.g. Apollo, Gong, Outreach, Clari, or similar GTM platforms)
- Experience supporting multi-region revenue teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into insights and action.
- Strong attention to detail and a process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with revenue forecasting processes and data modelling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Personal drive to improve current skillsets or expand into new domain areas.
- Comfortable working in a high-velocity environment with competing priorities.
