About This Role
This is an exciting opportunity to kick-start or grow your career in sales operations and data analytics at Just Eat. As a Sales Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our sales and account management teams by turning data into meaningful insights. You’ll work closely with experienced teams across analytics, sales, and operations, gaining hands-on exposure to tools, systems, and real business challenges. If you’re curious, commercially minded, and eager to learn, this role offers a strong foundation for a career in data, strategy, or commercial operations.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Support and maintain sales data systems: Help manage our CRM and lead databases, ensuring information is accurate, organised, and easy for teams to use.
- Build reports and dashboards: Create and update Salesforce reports and Tableau dashboards to give teams clear, easy-to-understand insights.
- Help teams access the right tools: Support new joiners and existing team members by ensuring they have access to the systems and data they need to succeed.
- Answer data questions: Assist the sales team with day-to-day data requests, helping them make better, data-informed decisions.
- Improve ways of working: Spot opportunities to simplify processes or reduce manual tasks, and support improvements or automation where possible.
- Support segmentation and targeting: Help organise and segment restaurant partners so sales teams can focus on the right opportunities.
These are some of the key ingredients to the role:
- Interest in data and commercial environments: Some experience (internship, coursework, or entry-level role) working with data or in a business setting.
- Comfortable working with data tools: Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL, Salesforce, or Tableau is a bonus but not required.
- Curious and eager to learn: A proactive mindset with a willingness to develop new skills and grow in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail: Able to work accurately with data and spot inconsistencies or trends.
- Good communication skills: Comfortable working with different teams and explaining information in a clear and simple way.
- Organised and adaptable: Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and adapt as business needs evolve.
