About the role :
We are hiring an AI-native GTM operator who can sit at the intersection of sales, automation, systems, data, and outbound execution.
This is not a coordination role. This is a hands-on builder role.
You will connect tools, automate workflows, improve reporting, support funnel performance, and directly help drive revenue. You should be comfortable owning technical implementation yourself from integrating apps and fixing broken workflows to building agentic systems and launching outbound campaigns.
You should also have strong sales hunger. You should care about pipeline, conversions, funnel leakage, reporting accuracy, speed to execution, and actual revenue outcomes.
What you will do :
- Connect and maintain the GTM tech stack across CRM, outbound, automation, enrichment, forms, reporting, and internal workflows
- Build and improve workflows across tools like HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, spreadsheets, webhooks, and AI tools
- Launch, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns end to end
- Build and improve workflows across tools like HubSpot, Clay, Smartlead, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, spreadsheets, webhooks, Outreach (or similar tools) and AI tools
- Use data providers, AI agents, and enrichment systems to segment accounts, find the right contacts, and personalize outreach at scale
- Build agentic workflows that reduce manual work across lead routing, research, enrichment, campaign ops, reporting, follow-ups, and internal alerts
- Own GTM reporting hygiene and make sure leadership can clearly see funnel performance and revenue movement
- Identify funnel leakage and fix it through better systems, automation, routing, sequencing, and reporting
- Support SDR / AE / founder-led sales motions with better infra, better targeting, and faster execution
- Maintain data quality across lead sources, campaigns, CRM fields, lifecycle stages, and reporting dashboards
- Test new tools quickly and implement the ones that create clear revenue or productivity upside
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and founders to improve pipeline generation and conversion
What we are looking for :
- 1–4 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Ops, sales automation, outbound ops, growth ops, or similar hands-on roles
- Strong comfort with tools and systems; you should be the kind of person who can actually build, connect, debug, and improve workflows yourself
- Prior experience running outbound infrastructure and cold email campaigns
- Experience with tools like Clay, Smartlead, HubSpot, Apollo, n8n, Zapier, Google Sheets, Airtable, or similar
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead stages, outreach flows, attribution, and pipeline reporting
- AI-native working style; you actively use AI tools to build faster, automate more, and operate at a higher level
- Experience building automations, internal tools, or agentic workflows in past roles or projects
- High ownership and speed; you do not wait around for someone else to solve systems problems
- Commercial mindset; you care about revenue, not just automation for its own sake
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort working in ambiguity
- Ability to operate in a startup where systems are being built live
Good to have :
- Experience using Clay deeply for waterfall enrichment, scoring, segmentation, and personalization
- Experience setting up lead routing, campaign infrastructure, CRM automation, and reporting dashboards from scratch
- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, no-code / low-code automations, and light scripting
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS, services, or startup environment
- Experience supporting founder-led sales or lean GTM teams
- Exposure to NA10 or similar data / workflow setups in outbound systems
