We are seeking a highly motivated GTM Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Revenue Operations and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of working in fast-paced startup environments. This role requires a hands-on approach and a bias for action, as you will be working closely with our North American Sales Leadership team to drive growth and efficiency.
We're not looking for someone who waits for a playbook. We're looking for someone who writes it. You've built automations that actually saved time, run campaigns that actually drove signups, and used AI Agents and appropriate tools. At Senseloaf, we're building Agentic AI that's changing how companies hire. The GTM motion needs to match that ambition - and that's where you come.
What you'll own
- Build and run go-to-market strategy alongside North American sales leadership
- Own HubSpot — CRM, automation, pipeline health
- Build outbound and inbound workflows using Clay & Apollo
- Launch and own PLG motion and campaigns.
- product hunt, digital and offline launches
- Turn data into decisions - not just dashboards
- Working closely with Product, customer success and sales teams to align strategies and objectives.
What we're looking for
- Hands-on RevOps/SalesOps experience in a fast-moving startup
- Clay, Apollo, HubSpot - used in prod, not just on your resume
- You've run PLG motions and know what moves the needle
- Working overlap with North American hours - comfortable, not reluctant
- If you need six approvals to send a campaign - this isn't for you
- Strong bias for action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with sales analytics tools and methodologies.
