Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership across personal and business responsibilities. This is a high-trust, high-ownership role requiring strong judgment, financial understanding, and the ability to operate independently.
Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative Support
- Calendar management, meeting scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
- Email management and prioritization
- Travel planning (domestic & international)
Financial & Personal Affairs
- Coordinate banking activities and documentation
- Track and manage personal accounts, expenses, and reporting
- Liaise with accountants, financial advisors, and banks
Business Operations
- Internal coordination across teams and departments
- Vendor management: onboarding, negotiation, and follow-ups
- Assist in business execution and operational tracking
Communication & Coordination
- Act as a central point of contact across stakeholders
- Draft professional communication, presentations, and reports
Required Skills & Experience- 10–15 years as an Executive Assistant / Admin Manager (preferably in IT / Fintech)
- Strong financial acumen (comfortable handling accounts, budgets, vendors)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, etc.)
- High discretion, reliability, and problem-solving ability
Ideal Candidate Profile- Previously supported CXO-level executives
- Strong presence and negotiation ability
- Highly organized but also strategic in thinking
- Able to handle both personal and business matters seamlessly
Engagement- Part-time (flexible hours, outcome-driven)
