Nealy Pierce is partnering with a well-established, non-profit community hospital in Tennessee to recruit a Chief Financial Officer.
This organization has been serving its community for over a century and is recognized for its strong financial foundation, engaged leadership team, and commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
The CFO will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team and will be responsible for:
- Oversight of all financial operations including revenue cycle, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting
- Leading strategic financial planning and long-range forecasting
- Driving operational performance and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Partnering with the CEO, executive team, and Board of Directors
- Current or prior acute care hospital CFO experience required
- Experience in an acute care or community hospital setting
- Strong background in revenue cycle and operational finance
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop high-performing teams
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, MHA, or CPA preferred
- Competitive base salary up to $450,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
