Consulting and Sales Operations Coordinator / CRM Specialist
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Operations Coordinator / CRM Specialist to support high-volume recruiting, consulting and client delivery efforts. This role is critical in driving operational efficiency across the business recruiting lifecycle, with a strong focus on candidate coordination, client communication, and CRM management. The ideal candidate brings deep administrative expertise, along with advanced experience leveraging CRM systems to track pipelines, maintain data integrity, and support business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Coordinate all aspects of the delivery lifecycle, including interview scheduling as well as consultant/ client communication
- Serve as a central point of contact for candidates, ensuring a seamless and professional experience
- Support CEO and BD team with sales and administrative needs
CRM Management & Data Integrity
- Maintain and update CRM systems with consultant, client, and BD activity
- Generate reports and dashboards to support BD activity to include pipeline health, and business development efforts
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance within CRM and internal databases
Presentations & Process Support
- Create, format, and maintain all client-facing materials
- Assist in developing and improving BD workflows, SOPs, and best practices
Operations & Reporting
- Track key BD metrics including submissions, interviews, placements, and pipeline activity
- Assist with reporting for leadership, including weekly and monthly performance summaries
- Support business development efforts through data tracking, list building, and outreach coordination
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in consulting, BD and operations
- Strong hands-on experience with CRM systems
- Proven ability to manage high-volume scheduling and coordination in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
