About The Role
The Senior Manager – Commercial Digital Delivery Lead is responsible for global delivery of Go-To-Market (GTM) digital applications based out of Pune GCC. This role focuses on execution, development, and support of GTM applications—including CRM, eCommerce, and Digital Engagement platforms.
As part of the Global Go-To-Market Technology organization, this role ensures high-quality, predictable delivery by leading a GCC-based team of Salesforce Architects, Developers, and Administrators, accountable for build, enhancements, and run support of global GTM applications.

- Global GTM Application Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end global delivery of GTM applications from the Pune GCC, covering:
- CRM (Sales & Service)
- eCommerce / Digital Commerce
- Digital engagement and marketing platforms
- Execute against global product roadmaps and priorities defined by Global GTM Product Owners.
- Ensure delivery commitments are met across development, enhancements, and production support.
- Execution Partnership with Global Product Teams
- Act as the primary delivery partner to Global GTM Product Owners and Program Leads.
- Translate product roadmaps, user stories, and priorities into:
- Delivery plans
- Sprint execution
- Release schedules
- Provide delivery inputs on:
- Feasibility, capacity, and sequencing
- Delivery risks and dependencies
- Ensure strong alignment between global product strategy and GCC execution.
- Salesforce & Digital Platform Delivery Oversight
- Lead delivery across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Salesforce Experience Cloud
- Salesforce Commerce Cloud (headless w/ React)
- eCommerce / Digital Experience platforms
- Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) on Cloud
- Ensure teams follow best practices for:
- Configuration and customization
- Integration with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, OMS, analytics)
- DevOps, CI/CD, and release management
- Maintain delivery quality, performance, and stability across environments.
- GCC Team Leadership & Accountability
- Lead and manage a GCC-based delivery organization, including:
- Salesforce Solution Architects
- Salesforce Developers
- Salesforce Administrators
- L2/L3 support resources
- Define clear delivery accountability for:
- Feature development
- Defect resolution
- Production support and incident management
- Drive hiring, onboarding, skill development, and performance management.
- Build a strong delivery-first, outcome-driven culture within the GCC.
- Run Support & Operational Excellence
- Ensure reliable application support for global GTM systems, including:
- Incident and problem management
- Root cause analysis and defect fixes
- Release and deployment coordination
- Partner with Service Management teams to ensure:
- SLA adherence
- Predictable response and resolution
- Continuous reduction of production issues
- Establish clear handoffs between build and run teams where applicable.
- Governance, Planning & Delivery Metrics
- Establish and operate delivery governance for GTM applications from the GCC.
- Own delivery planning activities:
- Capacity and demand management
- Sprint and release planning
- Dependency tracking
- Track and report delivery KPIs such as:
- Velocity and predictability
- Defect leakage and quality
- Support metrics and backlog health
- Escalate delivery risks proactively with mitigation plans.
- Stakeholder Communication & Global Collaboration
- Serve as the GCC delivery interface for global GTM stakeholders.
- Provide transparent communication on:
- Delivery progress
- Risks and constraints
- Support performance
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, and Platform teams to ensure compliant and scalable delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 12–15 years of experience in IT and digital solution delivery.
- Strong delivery experience across:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Salesforce Service Cloud
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- eCommerce / Digital Commerce platforms
- Proven experience leading global application delivery teams in a GCC or offshore model.
- Strong understanding of Go-To-Market processes and digital customer journeys.
- Experience managing both development and production support teams.
- Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Developer, Architect, or Platform-related).
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, OMS, and marketing platforms.
- Experience delivering solutions across multiple regions and time zones.
- Exposure to regulated or complex enterprise environments.
